Polly Put The Kettle On is a family-run business located in Nottinghamshire, England. 

Established in 2012, following the birth of my daughter Polly, I (Katie) started decorating mugs and teapots as gifts for friends and family. 

People had always complimented me on my hand-writing and before long they were coming from further afield to ask for personalised presents. I slowly expanded the range to include plates, cups, saucers, teapots, coffee sets and tea bag tidies and can now hand-paint anything ceramic! 

I enjoy painting every single order, large and small and have now (due to popular demand) started to offer a bespoke calligraphy service for any occasion. All of my items are made with love and customer service is more important to me than sales; I combine running my business with being a full-time Mum to Polly and Lyla and wife to Adam.
